FAQ

  • What are your customer service hours?
    Our customer service hours are 9am - 6pm Monday - Friday EST. All questions sent to our email are responded to within 24-48 hours.
  • What currency does EYB use for their products?
    All products are in USD.
  • How do I know if my order has been placed?
    Every customer will recieve a confirmation email for their order to their email with a receipt provided. Be sure to check your spam folder. Make sure that the spelling of your email is correct as that can result in not recieving a confirmation email.
  • Can I cancel or modify an order?
    Customers have 4 hours to modify an order. Please notify us within the 4 hours that you placed an order so that we can modify. We do not have the ability to cancel an order so please make sure you double check your cart before purchasing as we process items quickly. Once it is ordered it is out of our hands.
  • How do I track my order?
    Once your order has been shipped, you will recieve a tracking number to where you can track your order as it is being delivered.
  • When can I expect my order to be shipped?
    Orders are generally shipped 3 days after purchase. All products will be shipped via FedEx or USPS For Domestic Orders USPS Standard Mail: 4-8 Business Days USPS Priority Mail: 2-4 Business Days FedEx Standard Mail: 3-5 Business Days FedEx Priority Mail: 2-4 Business Days For International Orders USPS Standard Mail : 7 - 17 business days USPS Priority Mail: 5 - 12 business days Fedex Standard Mail: 2-7 business days Fedex Priority Mail: 2-5 business days If you qualify for free shipping (for domestic orders only), all orders will be ship USPS Priority Mail.
  • Where do we ship to?
    We ship all over the world.
  • Do you ship to P.O. Box addresses?
    Yes we do ship to P.O. Box addresses. However, please not that we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
  • Will I be charged customs and import duties?
    Please note that EYB ships all international packages "Delivery Duties Unpaid." This means that all customs, duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not charged by EYB and are the responsibility of the customer at the time of delivery. If the customer fails to pay these fees and the package is returned to EYB, we will not resend your package and instead issue a store credit in the amount of the subtotal of your order (not including shipping fee).
  • Wrong address. I accidentally gave the wrong address...what do I do?
    We ship to the address provided. You have 4 hours to contact us within the processing time to provide us with the correct address. If you paid with Paypal and have a wrong shipping address on file with them, you will need to contact them and make sure that your address is updated with them before we can ship out to that address or it will be shipped out to the address provided within Paypal. We only ship to the address provided within Paypal.
  • I have not received my order even though the tracking says shipped. What do I do now?
    Once the item has been shipped, it is no longer in our hands. You will need to contact USPS or FedEx with the tracking number provided to gain more information.
